Description:
Ceylon cinnamon, also known as "true cinnamon", is extracted mainly in Sri Lanka from the interior of a tropical laurel tree. It has a specific aroma and taste. It has been valued for centuries as a spice and additive with a number of health benefits - as an antioxidant with anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antiparasitic and antifungal properties.

How to use:
Use as a spice for sweet and savory dishes, sauces and drinks. It is recommended to use in small quantities - up to 1/2 tsp. per day.
